Description 

A cool wall on the South side of the river located directly west of the power station.

Getting There 

After walking down to the lower road, take the bridge south across the river. Wind around and head toward the power plant. Walk left south of the fence line around the facility and climb down the cement wall. Traverse under the wall to the right end and double back to Reach the Otters Tooth.
