Dirt Boss Area

Description 

Another imaginary border to call an area an area. This is the biggest boulder in this cluster so it took naming rights. Also it includes everything west of the main trail at this elevation.

Getting There 

From the parking area at the pullout three switchbacks up Cedar/Spirit Mountain road, walk west toward salvation. Veer right before dropping over the hill and climb up a ways before crossing the arbitrary trail through the talus and into the Africa Area. Follow the westward trail beyond the obvious starvin marvin boulder and veer left and upward. The next big boulder you come to is the Dirt Boss. It has a somewhat pointed top and a skirt or bell bottom.
