| earlier this week i woke up with a pretty sore wrist after a bouldering session the day before. My right wrist is sore on the lower right side (ulna). it felt sore to rotate it clockwise (i.e. get into an undercling position). after 3 days of RICE the pain/soreness was minimal so i went back bouldering. warming up was a bit rough, but after that i climbed fine. I did climb with my wrist taped up to limit movement. well, now its the next day and the same soreness is back. im back on the RICE program now haha. my question is, is this most likely a tendon issue? I was thinking of taking a prolonged break this time. Does anyone else have experience with this type of injury? Any words of advice? (please dont say go see a doctor) | FLAG |
