T-Rex getting to the top.

Description

The face to the right of Loch Ness Arete. The harder way is to start it towards the right side of the face and avoid the jugs over to the left and I suppose the right arete. Eventually you will pretty much need to use the left line of holds higher up. Do whatever you want, it's all good. This one won't budge your 8a.nu rating anyway.

Location

Face to right of LNA. From Deer Cove parking, walk east along the road (away from boat launch parking) and look up and left while walking. When you see a sweet boulder about 50 feet up off the road, you're there.

Protection

Pad.

is it really that far up the road? i suppose i underestimated in my description. also, when i read the name i laughed out loud. I could like picture myself calling someone that or something. anyways, i thought it was really funny.

I dunno. Somewhere between 10 and 50 feet. Plus or minus 100 feet. ;-)

I googled Bigfoot. Sorta had forgotten it was also called Sasquatch. Funny, I agree, Sasquatch Face.

I think this will be one of the better easy lines in the park once it is cleaner. The rock seems good and the holds are fun to pull on.

I saw someone's (your?) chalk on the jugs today. Yeah there is still some lichen...

yeah, i tried to chalk a bunch but i forgot a chalk bag I could take up with me so the higher holds still need some attention.
