Pale Rider. July, '09. Photo: Ted Kryzer.

Description

Climb around the thin seam to the left of Wild West Homo staying on the face to the right of Cracker Jack. Some tricky moves with small pro to the horizontal, then up and left onto the arete, followed by a run to the top. It's maybe little contrived (it would be easy to traverse left to Cracker Jack at spots) but flows nicely with some cool moves.

I asked around and this could possibly be a new route. Please contact me if you have any info regarding previous ascents.

Location

The route starts from the large ledge ~6ft left from the start to Wild West Homo.

Protection

RP's and small cams in the vertical seam. Equalized gear (up to BD .75) in the horizontal. Nothing reliable above.
