Description 

This is the next(north)large talus field past the Anchorpoint/Hogleg talus. In "Climbers Guide", Sven calls this the 500 ft. Boulder Field. Some problems are just up from the trail, so keep you eyes open for more potential. Good swimming just across trail from boulder field. Have at least a few pads to fill holes and protect jagged edges.


Getting There 

From the cottages on the southern end of the trail, hike north past the two first talus fields to the larger "500ft." talus field
