Anybody know the closest place to Wisconsin Rapids to climb or boulder? If somebody wanted to partner up for the day I could bring whatever equipment we would need (crash pad/ trad rack / sport rack and rope, whatever). PM me if you're interested or if you know a good spot, I have all the stuff to solo rope climb as well.

I'm staying at my parents until Saturday, want to meet in the middle somewhere? If we can't find a place to climb, we can at least drink some beers.

Hillbilly Hollow and Petenwell Bluffs are relatively close to Rapids. Devil's lake is a little further, but worth the drive.

Clay- how about devils lake on Wednesday or Friday?I didn't realize how close it was.

It will have to be Friday or Saturday since I'll be driving all day Wednesday. I'll let you know when I figure out a car situation.

The weekend is supposed to be horrible so says the weather man. I will still head out to Hillbilly Hollow for a little while to at least get a route or two in on rope solo Friday. I decided to climb outside every month this winter since I moved to Fargo, ND so its gonna happen. Anyway, thanks or the beta everybody and hopefully you are out somewhere today, its beautiful.

Actually, I wimped out on Clay, 33 and light snow is scaring me away. I'm heading back to Vegas Saturday to hop on 9 pitches of Aztec sandstone and a sunny 67 out.
