Description 

According to Squeezing the Lemmon II, "this short section of the highway is from milepost 13.6 to 13.8 (edited) and has the greatest concentration of climbs anywhere on the mountain". Most of the cliffs found here are east-facing, but there are exceptions, so comfortable microclimates can be found in all but the hottest times of the year.

Windy Point is a vista/overlook spot where one can see the entire Tucson valley, making it a popular stop for tourists. Parking and bathrooms can be found here, as well as a plethora of high quality climbing routes.

Getting There 

Catalina Highway.

Most of the climbs can be best accessed by parking in the large lot at Windy Point, or in one of the pullouts just downhill from Windy Point proper. See individual crag descriptions for best approach.
