Description

This area stretches for a fair distance and packs in a large number of routes at all grades. Much of the crag here is undercut, which when taken by a climb gives a powerful undertaking. Some fun climbs start from the top of Williamson's Cairn.

Getting There

Walk along the access road. A short distance after the prominent blunt arete taken by The Pig's Nose you see Williamson's Cairn which is roughly in the middle of the area.

Start up the wall and move left at the bottom of the very shallow groove and on up the wall with delicate technical moves. At the top of the wall the climbing becomes more powerful, and you must commit fully to the overhang above for success.Once passed the rounded overhang continue more easily to the top....[more]   Browse More Classics in International
