Wilderness Exchange Employees?

Hey all,

So I noticed that Wildy X is hiring again. This has been the third or fourth time I've seen a job posting there. While I'm tempted, I also know that this could also mean a high turnover rate. I'm curious if any Wildy X employees, past or present, would mind privately sharing their experiences with me. I would say publicly, but I don't want anyone to feel like they have to censor themselves.
