Jon pulling through on his ascent


Look for the obvious chimney on the left side of the crag. Climb up the left facing corner into the big chimney. Pull over the small roof to a large horizontal crack. Traverse a few feet left to a massive jug. Continue up the featured headwall with cracks to the top. Use a tree for an anchor.

My partner Jonathan Baldassare climbed an alternate start to this route this past Sunday. To the left of the chimney in the corner is a roof with a crack splitting it. Climb this and merge into the nomal route above. It makes a more direct line and is about 5.11a. Protection is small cams below the roof and a #3-3.5 cam above the roof.
