who makes this campus sloper?

I've seen this in various places (screen shot posted). Anyone know who makes these and what they are called - or how to make your own?

PVC pipe and deck tape, with a 2x4(or something) to provide structure. Go to the front and look at theirs. Also, training on these aren't nearly as effective as real campusing, unless you are particularly feeble.

I wouldn't say that.. They are finger friendly, help with sloper technique and still work the larger campusing muscles.
