To access White Princess start at the Castner Glacier. On highway 4, Richardson HWY, the Caster is about 15 miles south of Black Rapids. There is a dirt road on the east side just north of the Miller Crk. bridge with some good campsites. This has access to many fun peaks: M'Ladies, Black Cap, Silvertip. Head up about 8 miles at there will be a branch that heads off to the right. Once you reach this area the route will be obvious. You can also get to Mt. Gakona from the Canwell Glacier, about 3 miles south of the Castner access,head up about 12 miles up the glacier. There is an A-frame on each glacier that is usable for $1 a night. Have fun it's a beautiful area with little traffic.
