Which tools to get rid of??

S I'm finally coming to the realization that I, like so many others here, am a gear hoarder. I have both the BD fusions and vipers, I don't climb nearly enough to need 2 sets. Most of what I climb is short steep ice routes, grade 3-5, often top rope. I don't have enough time to go off and do the long alpine routes I want to do, 4 kids, military schedule and part time student. Pretty busy ya know?

Which should I keep?

Fusions if you ever do any mixed or dry tooling. Vipers if you don't.

Or sell both and buy something else with cash left over.

If the older, orange fusions... ditch them and keep the vipers. The orange fusions are shit in pure ice compared to the Vipers. The Vipers are much more versatile as well.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
