Description Suggest change

Scramble up a small ledge and tip-toe past choss to the first bolt. Pull a serious of strenuous moves though three bolts on vertical multicolored rock. Venture onwards through easier terrain to reach the cryptic roof to finish out the route.

While slightly diminished by the dull moderate midsection, When The Whip Comes Down is an aesthetically pleasing line with interesting moves.

Location Suggest change

When The Whip Comes Down starts immediately left of a three foot ledge near a tree. It ascends colorful rock to bulbous roof. Throw Me A Bone is immediately to its right while Bad To The Bone is a significant distance to the left.

Protection Suggest change

Approximately 10 bolts to closed shut anchors.
