Hi!

The rubber on my evolv pontas is starting to wear out so I've decided that I would buy a new pair of climbing shoes.
My options are:
- La Sportiva Miura
- La Sportiva Miura Vs
- Scarpa Boostic
- Scarpa Vapor V
- La Sportiva Testarossa

I'm looking for more of an aggressive all-around shoe. I climb mainly in gym and sport. I've heard that XS edge is not as good as XS grip 2 in case of a lighter climber like myself (63 kilo/140 pounds). I didn't really like the evolv trax xt-5 rubber that my pontas had and I've also tested some stealth rubbers and I didn't really seem to like either of those. A friend of mine lent me his pair of Miuras which had a XS grip 2 resole and I kinda liked them. What are your experiences with the listed shoes above? Which ones would you recommend for me?

thanks, matt

They're all good, agressive shoes. You'll find that the Miura VS and Scarpa Vapor V have a similar fit. I'd suggest going and trying them all on, and then buy the one that feels the best. Finn the Human

Definitely the girly Miura VS size 37.5, just a great fit in my opinion.

Or try them on for yourself.

Don´t overlook the Scarpa Boostics. Fits like a sock and is still really precise. Moritz B.
