The Bomb on the middle portion of Dial.

Description

This part of Endless faces sun most of the day, which makes it hot in the summer, but thick foilage provides some shade. Spring and Fall are perfect.

Getting There

Get on Fern Point Trail and hike along the cliff. Just past the Diamond Point there's a little clearing with the white Snake Face, the host of Racist, visible ahead. Locate and go down the Honeymooner's Ladders. As you face the cliff, the Diamond Point is on the left and the Central Endless is on the right. Head down on the faint trail between the two large boulders. After the boulders head back up towards the arete in the cliff and arrive at a flat area with Discombobulated and Legacy.

Great and sustained climbing in the hand/finger crack inside an orange right-facing corner. Laybacks, some stemming, and traverse through the roof in the end. Crack accepts solid pro. Beautiful looking route. ...[more]
