Waterval Boven (South Africa) in late February?

Hey everyone

I will be in South Africa with my girlfriend during February and we will probably climb together around Cape Peninsula during the first weeks.

But I would like to use the opportunity to explore the crags of Waterval Boven; but I would need to find a partner for the end of the month. I see that the best dry season is during Winter, from April onwards, but it looks climbable all year long according to the descriptions.

Does anyone know someone who would be there by the end of February, or would it be possible to find local partners? Any other local advice for the place?
