Description Suggest change

The left side flow is near-vertical ice; the right side ramp is lower angle. The crux for both sides is the transition to the upper shelf of ice.

Location Suggest change

It is 1.7 miles down the trail from pull-off on the Pike's Peak tollway above the Glen Cove. Park at larger pulloff areas above of Glen Cove or immediately above the first switchback.

Protection Suggest change

Ice screws (shorty) are possible. There is not much rock for trad protection.
