Visiting UK Climber looking for partner for routes on the Flatirons

My girlfriend and I are visiting Colorado and Utah in May for two weeks mountainbiking.

However, I was hoping to climb one of the classic routes on the Flatirons around the 24th, 25th or 26th May before we fly back to the UK.

If anyone's free and would like to team up with a visiting Brit, then please get in touch.

Chris,

Not sure if you've had many direct replies.

I was fortunate enough to be shown around the Peak (Millstone, Stanage etc.) back in the 80's, so I'd be pleased to reciprocate.
Can't promise as much rain though.
The 3rd Flatiron (which is probably the most classic) is closed until July for bird restrictions, but the 1st is great too.

E-mail me back via this site,
Adrian

Chris,

Too true, the 3rd will be closed. The 1st is a great alternative, but I think there are some other good choices as well. Nothing beats a scramble up Seal Rock with a picnic on the summit and a very interesting abseil down the North Side. The key to a good Flatirons day is an early start to enjoy the beautiful morning colors.

Be 'appy to act as guide.

Lee
