Usually the best ice in Victor Creek, sustained.
Rappel off of trees, no v-thread needed.
Near the end of the canyon on the left. Right before the narrow 4'ish passage that continues deeper into the canyon, and on, to the other climbs.

The Kenai Peninsula is usually warmer than Anchorage (very generally speaking), but late december/early january is a safe guess. Could be earlier/later too.
