Description Suggest change

On the same wall as Pin Head, but further right, is a series of icicles and columns that come together in different ways on different years. The right hand line was definitely climbed by Jim Shimberg, and it sounds like Bradley White, too. Freddy Wilkinson's variation, called The 12 Below Situation, steps left onto a consistently forming icicle for a great short pitch of all ice, one icicle right of Pin Head. Sounds like this might be in the same complex of ice as Alive and Kickin.

Protection Suggest change

Mostly screws, some years this ice can be climbed in lean conditions with rock gear up high.
