Valley Mentor Needed

Hello,
I'm looking for solid partners for an assault on the valley/high sierra this summer. I'm safe and competent with experience. I have arranged the dates from 5/1-10/1 in the valley. My ultimate goal is The Nose. However, I've never led anything bigger than Grade IV, and have zero aiding experience. I'm comfortable leading ~5.11 on gear and a ledge and other wall things. Ideally, I'd like to find someone who's willing to go up the bigger routes with me. I've done some of the easier, less committing routes like: Nutcracker, Grack, Matthes, Church Bowl etc. My partner's been injured more than he's been able to climb, so I am putting my "feelers" out.

Thanks,
Ty

I'm in the same boat but I'm a much weaker leader than you.
I lead 5.8+ on gear, 10b sport. I don't have a job right now, so my schedule is flexible.
I don't mind jugging up behind a competent leader just to get experience, barring any gnar traversing pitches, although I just bought ascenders yesterday to practice with.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
