this route is the large left facing open book on the left side of the canyon. climbs up an easy face to a tight hands/hand crack. trad anchor at the top, and walk off the ramps. behind. the crux is low and well protected.

about 15 minutes from the parking, on the left side up the hill. it is the obvious left facing book approach 50 meters uphill from the sandy wash

nuts and cams to a #2 or 3 bd.

Great route to learn hot to lead trad. Well protected and easy to set up an anchor

Strange start, though and significantly harder than 5.6 if you go direct. Fun, though and good gear.
