Chamberlin Rock East Arete V3 6A  WI : Buildering Sites : UW Madison Campus
Sit start and work your way up the arete using holds on both sides of the corner. Top out. In my opinion this is the best problem on this rock.I posted this under the buildering area, but this is a natural rock, so I suspect you are less likely to get into trouble for climbing it. I would just stay away from the plaque. Careful, many people have gotten tickets doing this. I CAN show you a V4+, but you gotta do it incognito.

I'm not suggesting you pull the trad climb of Van Vleck, but if you BUILDER in the bouldering sense and do it incognito like Rhoads said, you should be okay.

How does one builder incognito? Wear a Groucho mask? It seems like approach shoes would be a good idea for buildering. That way you can dip

A mask would work! The V4+ is the mosaic on the west side of Van Vleck. You will need a pad though as it is very high.
