Description

Good route that is more sustained than most of the other 5.10s in the area. The crux is encountered at a bulge about half way up the route.

Location

There is one belay bolt on the ledge in front of The Great Flake. Mr. Styles starts in the shallow left-facing dihedral above the belay bolt.

The book calls this a 10b but I would agree with the 10c rating. I think this route is much more fun than any of the climbs at the 5.10 slab -- more consistent and athletic. My favorite 5.10 in the area.

Mike Anderson's book rates it 10c. This is the simple reason for the 10c rating, if you were wondering.
