Description

Mill Creek Canyon is located between Parley's Canyon and Mt Olympus in the SLC area. It is one of the few canyons in the area that will allow dogs. There is an access fee of $2.25 per vehicle payable upon exit.

There are only a few crags that are worth climbing, all are limestone, and some can be sharp.

The area is mostly frequented by hikers and bikers. There aren't usually many climbers around.

Getting There

From I-215 on the east side, take the 3900 s exit and head east to wasatch blvd, then head north to 3800 s. Take a right here and drive east 1.3 mi. into Millcreek Canyon.
