During the SCLA/Access Fund Adopt-a-Crag Event (Fall 2007), climbers built a new trail from the Little Cottonwood Park-and-Ride. The trail provides easy access to lower canyon bouldering and climbing at the Bongeater and Crescent Crack Buttresses. To avoid traffic problems on the highway and tickets from the Utah Department of Transportation, please use the Park-and-Ride parking to access lower canyon bouldering and climbing. Classic jugs on the Direct North Face of Shothole....
Description
This climbs the center of the north face of the All Thumbs Boulder(opposite from the road). Walk along the Secret Garden trail - this will be the second large boulder and the first on the left side of the trail.
Start in the center of the face on a huge jug. Move from giant jug to giant jug through the overhang to the top. Kinda high, but a good landing. V0 doesn't get any more fun than this.
