Hobble Creek Canyon

Description

Hobble Creek Canyon is located east of the town of Springville. There are two areas with bolted lines and a bit of bouldering as well. The climbing areas are on Uinta National Forest land, and automobile access to them is unavailable during the winter months because of road closure.

There are two developed public campgrounds in the right fork of Hobble Creek Canyon, and roadside camping in some areas.

Getting There

From I-15 take exit 260 east. Pass through the town of Springville on 400 S. At the four-way stop sign at 1300 E, turn right onto Canyon Rd. Follow this into Hobble Creek Canyon.
