Description

Cool looking wall - it looks just like a big tidal wave. Starts slabby and easy and then steepens into a burly overhang. This isn't a huge crag but there are several good routes.

Getting There

Park at the Gray Cliffs parking area, 1.7 miles up canyon from the visitor center. Follow the paved trail until it turns into a dirt trail that goes up the hill to crags. This is the Hard Rock area. Follow the trail up canyon (along the base of the crags) past a couple of crags. You will walk past the south face of Hard Rock to White Wave Wall (which you can't miss - it looks like a white wave). If you get to the grayish Escape Buttress, you have gone too far.
