That's Classic! I had to do that w/ my dog more than once. Those sheep dogs just don't know when to quit!

Did your dog stay put in your pack or was she movin' all around?

He stayed there without any problems. The only movement from him was frightened trembling...
Another time I did a route where I had to rap 500 feet to get to the base of the climb. I didn't want to leave him at the car, so I put him in a small haulbag between my legs and did the rappels to the base of the tower. I didn't finish the route that day, so I had to jumar back up the rappels with him in the bag. Then rappel the next morning with him back to the tower, finish the route, and then jumar back up the ropes to my car with him and all my gear in between my legs. It was pretty exhausting, but by the end of it all, it wasn't even hard to get him in the haulbag. He really likes to be near me whenever he can, I think that's about all he cares about.
