Aeolian Tower and Echo Pinnacle at sunrise.

Description

Aeolian Tower is just south of Echo Pinnacle in Courthouse Pasture. On some USGS maps the group of spires is referred to as "Determination Towers", and many locals call them the "Airport Towers" as they can be seen just a few miles south of the airport on 191.
I assume the name is in reference to Aeolus, the son of Helen and Greek god of the winds.

Getting There

Follow the directions into Tusher Canyon via a series of roads and a wash. The wash makes this "road" generally impassable without 4-wheel drive and a lot of clearance. Once the canyon opens into Courthouse Pasture, the towers can be seen at about 2 o'clock. Follow the roads, trending right, and you should be able to drive right to the base.
