DescriptionThis is a spread out area just east of the famous Slickrock mountain biking trail. You will almost certainly have this beautiful place to yourself. There are some nice towers like the Rhino Horn and Elvis's Hammer and a bunch of smaller ones that may still be awaiting first ascents(though probably they have been climbed and are just not in any published guidebook). Good remote feeling climbing not far from Moab. Getting ThereFrom Moab, take the Sand Flats Road past the Slickrock trail until the towers are obvious. The road gets steep and windy past the popular mountain biking areas. You don't need to pay the fee if you are headed to the towers.

This tower looks so spectacular as you approach from down below coming up the Sand Flats Road. Adventure climbing! Drive up the road farther than seems necessary and park just before a section of the road that is bulldozer scraped slickrock.
