I'm not sure this is Lockhart Basin though? Was this taken from the Needles Overlook?

That is a strong possibility. I was on the Needles overlook road, and this may be a bit South of Lockhart Basin, and maybe East. Anyway, it is in that general vicinity. Can't remember exactly where I was though.
