not sure if it matters to peeps, but i believe these are the anchors for science friction. melanoma has a two bolt anchor on the slab.

I think that some of that mess is from bullet holes, because I saw shells, and un-used bullets in the sand/dirt below the route. There was this kind of markings on other rocks too where I believe people were shooting a 22. I was a little worried about using the anchors because of the cord tied to the hangers then through rings. The cord looked like it was in good shape around the hangers so that gave me confidence. After I saw that I wasn't going to bounce on it or do anything wild when rapping down that was for sure. What would you have done?
