Description 

Scum up the chimney to gain the ice. Climb the short curtain of ice. Low angle ice leads to a lower angle drainage field.

A fun variation is to start on Anorexia, and, climb to the top of the steep ice on Nervosa then to the anchor on Nervosa. Called this variation, "Gastric Bypass" at around WI4+.

Location 

Left of Anorexia, in the back of the chimney. The prominent slot to the right of Rubber Cup Nausea.

Protection 

Selection of screws to match the ice thickness. Anchor is straight up past a short roof to the right, possibly slightly right of the chimney top.
