DescriptionThe Armory is a secluded pile of cobble in an area of Maple Canyon I would guess is rarely visited by climbers and a bit uncharacteristic of the area. The rock is lichen covered and a bit loose in spots and has no shade and a long approach. Probably not what the typical Maple climber is after. Continue past the arch and look for the Armory on your right as you turn the corner right toward the aspen grove ahead; straight or left is the Summit trail.
