Very secluded area! short boulder with a couple of problems on it.


Getting There 

Follow the road until you get to a piece of metal, then take a right after the big boulder on your right, then you'll see the little boulder with chalk on it.

I'm pretty sure this should be an area within New Joe's. It lies just down the hill from the Chip and Dale area.
