There used to be a great camp ground just south of this boulder. Over the years, wear and tear on the camp ground desimated the soft dunes surrounding the camp, and this last year some idiots had a bonfire under the sheltering boulder which had formerly been the centerpiece to this fantastic place. There are a couple of problems ranging from V2 to V4 within the camp along with some .12-.13ish bolted roughts, but the draw to climb there has seriously been degraded since the alleged rager. Super bummer. Luckily the actual Topus boulder survived the the mining days, and is still one of my favorite collection of classics in the area.
