Description

Several lines exist up Crow's Nest Tower. The left side of the West Face provides a zig-zagging finger-width crack up to some nice ledges and jugs. The crux lies about half-way up this short but fun route, where you must simply walk your hands through the thinnest (but still relatively solid) part of the route. Be prepared to switch from hands-crack climbing to ledge and jug climbing about 12-13 feet up.

Location

Having followed the directions to the radio tower listed in Green River Climbing Area, Crow's Nest should be visible from the base of the radio tower, directly south and about halfway between said radio tower and Crystal Geyser along the shore of the Green River. Hike about two minutes to Crow's Nest. Anything goes is on the left side of the West Face of the tower.

Protection

An easy scramble up the North Face will reveal a solid top-rope anchor option off of two giant horns that is easily backed up. Bring plenty of webbing, 30' minimum for safety.
