GWI's annual BBQ on Sunday, 3 Feb. Schedule is 9am for schlepping gear. 11am for coals, done by 1 or 2pm. BYOBBB (burgers, brats, beer). Also, bring your own golden ice axe... |

| It's true--brought to you EXCLUSIVELY by NO STAR TUESDAY, the 3rd Annual Superbowl-GWI-BBQ. No glass please, only 3.2 beer in cans; also, please be mindful of recent access developments having mainly to do with new parking restrictions near the power plant. Carpooling from the Park and Ride at the mouth of LCC might be a fine idea... See you there! |

| 1st pitch of backoff has sheared off and there is a fracture on squash head at the start of the second pitch that runs about 3/4 of the way across the flow. Heads up. Also getting to the anchors at the top was a little sketchy with running water and the rock slab |

Wow, Um I know its a little farther, but with that kind of time frame, I could get into a lot of trouble in the Wind River Range. More ice than,,,, a place with a lot of ice. Take a SPOT or PLB because you would have the place to yourself. Same goes for the Sawtooth range. The first to pioneer the area didn't have guide books. |
