The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Getting There
Drive about 100 yards toward Keys' Ranch from the Echo Cove parking area. Park in the first pullout on the right (as for Reverberation Rocks).
From this pullout, look to the west (roughly toward Hidden Valley CG) about 200 yards and you will see the formation. It has an obvious sculpted face that faces north (toward Keys' Ranch and the east end of Dutzi Dome).
Walk across the desert about 200 yards to reach the generally shady cliff.
