Description

X marks the spot! Pull up gingerly on a series of boogie-board flakes to the overhang. Surmount the overhang, and then continue up easier ground to the anchors.

Location

Walk left from where the approach trail meets the Tea & Crumpets wall. Around the buttress, this route starts a little left of the left-facing corner. Look for suspect flakes below an overhang about 20 feet up.

Protection

6 bolts, cold shuts. Lots of loose/hollow rock on this one.

I found there are two fun ways to start this climb. The first is going straight up which offers crimpy first hold. The second is to take a more bouldering like approach and do a pull up on big hold with lots of chalk on it off to the right.
