Description 

Twitch Rock is a small formation just below Highwire Crag that contains two routes; Twitch (5.12d) and an unknown project. Here you'll find a nice vantage point of Highwire Crag and The River Wall. The rock is solid and gently overhanging, with some excellent shade provided by a nearby tree.

Getting There 

Park at the large pullout before tunnel two, right across from the New River Formation. Walk along the road, cross the bridge, and head down and right as if you're going to Highlander or Sonic Youth. At about 100 yards, you'll have a trail option to take a direct left, heading up a steep hillside. You should be able to see Twitch, on a gently overhanging rock behind a large tree. From your car, this only takes 5-10 minutes.
