| I was given a container of CRANK Forearm Fuel and have been using for the last month. I typically mix 2 scoops with 16oz of water at the beginning of a training or cragging session. It kept me more alert and trying harder for the entire session. However, I did not notice "less pump". | FLAG |

| I tried the Forearm Fuel, didn't do anyhting for my climbing but wasn't bad with Vodka. | FLAG |

| I think its really suspicious that their website doesn't say what's in it. Does the bottle list the ingredients? Is there any caffeine in it? | FLAG |

| If you're eating right there should be no need for sketchy supplements.
You actually use a product called CRANK? Really? | FLAG |

| It's mostly different forms of lactate -- Sport Legs is another version of this stuff. So far, I've yet to see any studies that back up the claims. The main boost you get from Crank is the taurine (think Red Bull). The other stuff in it (ginseng, green tea, etc) is only added for marketing and does nothing for performance. They list 38 references and only a couple are even relevant to climbers, unless you are a mouse. | FLAG |

| Yeah, I haven't been a mouse for 5 years now, so I guess I'll keep looking.... | FLAG |
