Training after an injury

I need some suggestions for ab training. I was injured in a climbing accident back in February and have not been able to walk since. I still have about 3 weeks before I am back on my feet. I was pretty much bed ridden for the first month and in a wheel chair or crutches the last 6 weeks or so. I work landscaping and I climb, bike, run hike or hit the gym at least 4 days a week. I have never had to worry about my weight until now. I'm 35 6ft tall and weighed around 168 the day of my accident After my accident I stayed with my folks because I was in need of some help. As you can imagine I spent most of my days eating junk food and watching tv. Everyone wanted to bring me junk to eat aka comfort food. Needless to say most of it went to my gut. I do not need nutritional advice. I need some advice on ab work outs. Believe it or not my shoulders and arms are still in good shape because of the crutches and squeeze ball exercises I have done. My bike will get me lower body in shape. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Have you looked into Pilates? Pilates was a form of rehab for injured dancers. It has a strong focus on core strength.

Randomabs.com. It gives you a daily ab routine, different every day, and it has videos and pictures for every exercise.
