 This is a fairly new route (2000 or 01?) on the Toyboat and is found immediately to the left of 'Damn The Torpedoes'.The route 'attacks' the easiest path up the rock and probably doesn't even warrant my guess of 5.5.I did it because I was there and I don't feel the need to repeat it.
