BETA PHOTO: Tourist Trap route sketch.

The route is named Tourist Trap, because there is no means of descent other than downclimbing the route or doing a more difficult finish by means of an Edwards' Crack variation. The route starts in approximately the same location as Foolishness and ascends the diagonal ramp/crack to the belay point below the Edwards' Crack crack overhang.

This is about 25 feet to the South (climber's left, facing the rock) from the Edwards' Crack start.

No fixed protection; carry a standard Vedauwoo rack with emphasis on a few cams up to #3 Camalot. Carry what you need to finish Edwards' Crack.
