I was recently introduced to a timer app for iphone that is perfect for hang board workouts. It's called Seconds and is free through the app store though there is an option to purchase.
I use the HIIT timer. You can configure the number of reps (called sets in the app), duration of high intensity (hanging), duration of low intensity (resting), and even the cool down (time between exercises). I have really liked using it. If anyone else is annoyed with starting and stopping a stopwatch this is your solution.
