BETA PHOTO: One of the larger boulders.

Description

About 2 dozen large boulders scattered around the hilltop. Plenty of good bouldering and several routes can even be top roped using trees for natural protection, or gear in some instances.

Getting There

Allegheny State Park is located between Bradford, PA and Salamance, NY. Park rangers can give you directions to the area, or simply follow the signs inside the park for Thunder Rocks.

Was curious if anyone has bouldered at thunder rocks enough to know of any established routes or names for the boulders?
